• 31–59 days: we will reweld your jewelry at a repair cost of $15.

• 60 days or more: we are no longer able to offer a replacement.

• within 30 days: we will replace your jewelry free of charge.

• 31–59 days: 30% off a replacement chain.

• after 60 days: replacement is available at the current retail price.
